I was utterly appalled by the breakfast situation, cold eggs and sausages, how charming. And the bed sheets were of terrible quality. I expected a complimentary upgrade for my inconvenience but received nothing. I almost praised this place, but I just couldn't. What a letdown overall!

Was a superb base for weekend. Fairly clean hotel, truly enjoyed to be right by the downtown area, Kingston, ON, and Shopping center thanks to quiet location. The breakfast offered a huge variety of good meals. My room included central heating, television and a microwave oven. The beds were very uncomfortable here, though it was a good stay all in all. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable, always with a smile on face.
The staff were a little rude, didn't expect that coming.

The front desk provided excellent assistance with our check-in.
I experienced significant noise disruption , primarily due to children playing in the hallways late at night. Despite reaching out to the staff for help, the noise persisted both in the evening and early morning, leading to a very restless night. It was disheartening to see how overwhelmed the staff appeared while trying to manage the situation.

Fairly clean hotel in a beautiful building just off restaurants, Kingston and the downtown. Units with comfortable bed. Bonus point for a work desk, cable channels and a coffeemaker. Accommodating and attentive staff and management.

The staff was friendly and the clean, comfortable room made it easy to relax after a day of walking around town, exploring nearby landmarks like Sir John A. Macdonald's Gravesite, just over 3 km away, and the scenic Rideau Canal, less than 5 km from the hotel. It enhanced my weekend getaway experience.
